All the stray dogs in Eastern Europe just about broke my heart. They weren’t starving, but they also likely weren’t receiving any kind of veterinary care or love from a human pack.
Our ship often docked outside the port, so we had to get on a bus for whatever tour was happening. This was a very different experience from our cruise between Amsterdam and Budapest.
